Like most people who look like me, I wasn’t expected to succeed. Because of this underestimation and doubt, I chose to take control of my narrative and resiliently be the representation I never had without anyone's permission to do so. Now, I make a difference by helping others do the same.
As a legislative navigator and consultant, I roll up my sleeves to strategically develop people-first solutions that put and keep people first. I’ve led initiatives with professional athletes and sports leagues, including the NFL, served as a White House key storyteller amongst the Obama administration, and navigated the complexities of critical issues marginalized communities face on state and federal levels. I’ve stood boldly on the front lines, lobbying, advocating, and drafting comprehensive legislation favoring people who have been counted out for far too long.

With over a decade of legislative experience and community advancement, I leverage my expertise to eliminate gaps and fix deep-rooted issues by equipping people closest to the problem with the tools, resources, and mindset to be the ideal solution that brings real change.
